Reconnect, Recharge, Rebuild: The Ultimate Men’s Integration Retreat

Are you ready to embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery, connection, and empowerment? Join us for the ultimate Men’s Integration Retreat, where we’ll dive deep into the core of what it means to be a man in today’s world. From meaningful Men’s Circle sessions to thrilling surf adventures, this retreat offers the perfect balance of introspection and exhilaration.

We are limiting this Men’s group to 8 men currently. The idea is to dive into self-connection to living one’s purpose and getting support. There are also lots of great activities in paradise to enjoy as well; plenty of beach time, surf, hikes, kayaking, and more.

• Lodging: Shared Room or Shared Loft
• Food – 12 meals (eating off-site not included but some planned outings will happen)
• Daily Programming & Activities
• Transportation (shared vehicles on site) for activities

7-Day Retreat Tentative Schedule: Morning (7-10 a.m.) Afternoon (12-3 p.m.) Evening 6-9 p.m.

Day 1: Arrival and Welcome

• Afternoon: Arrival at our idyllic retreat location. 
• 4 p.m. Welcome and orientation: Meet your fellow participants.
• Evening: Opening ceremony and group dinner.

Day 2: Self-Reflection and Men’s Circle

• Morning: Journal, Guided meditation and/or yoga session to set the tone.
• Afternoon: Dive into our first Men’s Circle, a safe space for sharing and connecting.
• Evening: Delicious dinner and relaxation time. Later evening connection circle optional.

Day 3: Surf and Adventure

• Morning: Journal, Energizing yoga, breathing, and meditation to start the day.
• Afternoon: Get ready for a thrilling surf adventure with facilitators
• Evening: Group reflection on the day’s adventures over dinner
• Later evening circle time

Day 4: Connection and Community

• Morning: Journal, Guided meditation and relaxation.
• Afternoon: Engage in another enriching Men’s Circle session, into water play
• Evening: Dinner with opportunities for casual conversations and bonding.

Day 5: Surf, Relax, and Reflect

• Morning: Journal, Morning yoga and meditation.
• Afternoon: Optional surf sessions or relaxation by the beach. (Trip to Saladita)
• Evening: Personal reflection time, dinner, and a chance to connect with new friends.

Day 6: Deepening the Connection

• Morning: Journal, Guided meditation and self-reflective activities.
• Afternoon: Dive into another powerful Men’s Circle session to deepen your connection with the group. Final Men’s Circle for sharing insights and intentions. Masterminds.
• Evening: Dinner and celebration of your personal growth journey. Closing ceremony to honor your transformation. Farewell, exchange contact information with your newfound and old friends and brothers.

Day 7: Integration and Farewell

• Morning: Breakfast/lunch and and catch your flight back to the states. Check out is at 11:00 a.m. – Note: some flights may be earlier and those folks will be leaving before breakfast. Please try to find afternoon flights when possible, if you can.

This Men’s Integration Retreat is designed to help you reconnect with your inner self, rekindle the bonds of brotherhood, and rebuild your connection to the community at large. Our carefully crafted schedule combines moments of deep reflection, thrilling adventure, and plenty of relaxation, all while enjoying delicious and nourishing meals on-site. In conjunction with – the World School Village Pop-Up 

Located next door to the Men’s retreat is El Muro Mahajua. It is a Village Pop-Up World School that allows access to extra amenities of the larger pool, outdoor spaces, rooms, and access to meals. This village is happening from January 6th through February 17th. Men have the opportunity to stay in rooms with one other man on this site location or stay in the Palapa near the ocean area. For families interested in joining for January 6-20 or Feb 3-17, there are still a few spots available on site.
