🔥 Soul Graffiti Productions — February 2026

Music. Land. Community. Momentum.

February is arriving with that particular kind of Northern California magic — the crisp air, longer light, and the quiet reminder that something new is already growing beneath the surface.

At Soul Graffiti Productions, this month is about convergence: studio evolution, dance floors, acoustic intimacy, and the deepening of our land-based vision at The Hearth. Here’s what’s unfolding.

🌲 The Hearth — Winter Gatherings with Heart

Seven minutes outside of Grass Valley, The Hearth continues to grow as a sanctuary for music, empathy, and embodied community.

This month we’re weaving together:

  • Honey of the Heart live house concerts
  • Land-connection and empathy immersions
  • Community meals and fireside integration
  • Collaborative performances and guest artists

The Hearth is not just a venue — it’s becoming a living ecosystem. Between the pool, sauna, swing lines, and open deck spaces, we’re holding space for people to remember what it feels like to gather intentionally. February’s offerings lean toward intimacy: acoustic resonance, story, breath, and the kind of connection that lingers long after the final note.

If you haven’t joined us on the land yet — this is a beautiful season to do so.

🎶 Honey of the Heart — Expanding the Songline

February features multiple appearances by Honey of the Heart, blending rich harmonies, percussive textures, and community sing-along elements.

Expect:

  • Interactive vocal openings
  • Listening-room depth
  • Dance-forward moments when the rhythm calls
  • Songs like Coming Home and Shadow that hold both prayer and power

Justin and Maren continue to anchor performances in empathy, circling practices, and heart-centered expression — creating evenings that feel less like concerts and more like shared ceremony.

Whether in an intimate house concert or a dance-forward collaboration with DJ Soul Graffiti, February is about activating connection through sound.

🎻 Cello Joe — Rhythm Meets Revolution

We’re thrilled to welcome Cello Joe into the February lineup.

Joe’s approach — cello layered with beatboxing and looping — creates a full-spectrum sonic experience. It’s part classical virtuosity, part hip-hop pulse, part environmental activism, and entirely engaging.

His performances bridge audiences effortlessly: kids lean in, musicians geek out, and dancers find their groove. When Cello Joe lands in a Soul Graffiti room, it becomes a participatory field.

🌊 Heather Normandale — Voice as Portal

February also features the luminous presence of Heather Normandale.

Heather’s voice carries a devotional quality — spacious, grounded, and emotionally precise. Her offerings often weave original music, mantra-inspired flow, and collective resonance. When paired with the acoustics of The Hearth or a well-tuned Soul Graffiti sound system, the effect is immersive.

These evenings are less about spectacle and more about attunement.

🎛️ Soul Graffiti Studios — Built by Artists, For Artists

Here’s where things get exciting.

Soul Graffiti Studios has evolved into a hybrid creative lab:

  • Full band tracking capability
  • Premium live sound capture
  • Vocal production and harmony stacking
  • Analog warmth meets digital precision
  • Mobile rig options for on-location recording
  • Integration with our Sierra Foothills expansion at The Hearth

We’ve recently expanded our infrastructure to support both intimate acoustic recording and full rhythmic ensemble tracking — meaning you can track a stripped-down folk record or a percussion-driven world fusion project under one roof.

🚪 Now Opening: Monthly Artist Residency Slot

We are officially opening one monthly rental position for an aligned artist or group.

This is ideal for:

  • A touring band needing rehearsal + content capture space
  • A songwriter collective building a new catalog
  • A world music ensemble developing arrangements
  • A DJ/producer hybrid refining live set integration

What’s Included:

  • Consistent weekly access
  • Sound system + mic locker access
  • Recording support options
  • Cross-promotion within our network
  • Optional performance integration at The Hearth

This isn’t just square footage. It’s entry into a creative ecosystem that includes Honey of the Heart, Soul Graffiti DJ, guest touring artists, and a growing West Coast community.

If you’ve been looking for a basecamp — this might be it.
